Position Overview: The Daycare Director will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the daycare center, ensuring the highest standards of care and education for the children. This role requires a dynamic leader who can manage staff, maintain regulatory compliance, and create a welcoming and supportive environment for children and families. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the daycare center, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment. Develop and implement educational programs and activities that promote the physical, social, emotional, and intellectual growth of the children. Hire, train, and supervise daycare staff, providing ongoing professional development and performance evaluations. Ensure compliance with all state and local regulations, licensing requirements, and health and safety standards. Manage the daycare budget, including enrollment, tuition, and expenses. Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers, addressing any concerns and providing regular updates on their child’s progress. Maintain accurate records and reports related to staff, children, and facility operations. Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere for children, families, and staff.
