Chef Tesfaye started making pizza 20 years ago when he was just 12 years old. Since then he has developed several innovative techniques of creating authentic pizza in his brick-oven using only the finest ingredients imported all the way from Italy and worked in renowned establishments across Addis such as Grani di Pepe and others.
